Willis: "Principles of the Law of Contracts" (1909).Hugh Evander Willis (1875-1967) earned his LL.B from the University of Minnesota College of Law in 1901 and a LL.M the next year. He then joined the faculty of the law school and taught until 1913, when he left to become Dean of the Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. During his tenure at the University of Minnesota, he wrote several books for students and practitioners. Among them was his treatise on contract law, published in 1909 by The Keefe-Davidson Company of St. Paul. Regrettably, no reviews of this book have been located.
