Viewing Carl O. Reinholdson (1898-1957).Carl O. Reinholdson (1898-1957).A graduate of the St. Paul College of Law, Carl Reinholdson was admitted to the bar on September 7, 1926. Over the next several decades he held positions at various companies that permitted him to develop an expertise in tax law. In June 1953, he opened his own shop in the Northwestern Bank Building, thereby achieving a long-held ambition. But his dream was short-lived. Less than four years later he suddenly died, at age fifty-eight. In memorial proceedings for the Hennepin County Bar Association, two colleagues, Carl T. Engstrom and Laird D. Waldo, recalled him:
