Volume 2 (1882).Eugene St. Julien Cox (1835-1898), a Judge of the Ninth Judicial District, was impeached in 1881. In his trial before the Minnesota Senate from January through March 1882, he was acquitted of most of the twenty articles of impeachment but found guilty of seven charges. He was removed from the bench. The trial transcript was reprinted in three volumes by Printing House O.G. Miller, St. Paul, later that year.
